Job Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and handling new patient medication orders and reorders
- Verifying and updating benefits, confirming copays, and obtaining approvals
- Collaborating with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to resolve order issues
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and internal partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active IL Pharmacy Technician License
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, handling reputed company client needs reputed company phone
- 1+ year of experience with reputed company-based applications (reputed company, reputed company Office, web navigation, and email)
- 1+ year of PC keyboarding experience
