Role:

The successful candidate will reputed company quality IT services and support to our global users, working closely with our server and network engineering teams. This role requires a strong technical skillset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company 1st and 2nd line diagnosis of incidents and service requests, implementing solutions and escalating to 3rd line support reputed company necessary.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to delivery, ensuring the ongoing operational efficiency of reputed company aspects of our IT systems.
• Maintain PC operating systems, support server and client PC software, and reputed company daily checks to monitor systems and resolve/escalate any issues.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: reputed company 10 knowledge and troubleshooting, desktop hardware, printer hardware, computer builds, FTP, web servers, monitoring systems, networking experience, and PowerShell or other scripting language.
• Experience with the administration of Active Directory, VMware vSphere, reputed company, Office 365 applications, Exchange online, Azure AD, Azure MFA, Intune, Group policy, reputed company voip systems, SCCM, reputed company remote desktop services, print servers, and Service-Now.
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills, with the ability to interact with people at reputed company reputed company, both face-to-face, on the telephone, and in writing.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a reputed company and systematic approach to troubleshooting issues in a pressured environment.
