Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Associate Manager to join our Worldwide Portfolio Management and Exchanges team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing land strategies for new and existing properties, driving business growth, and collaborating with senior leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior management in creating and executing land strategies for a specialty unit.

Requirements:

• Solid critical thinking abilities and genuine attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, including effective face-to-face presentation skills and the ability to write concise, accurate reports that are professional and efficient.
• Ability to create accurate, visually appealing, and convincing presentations for a senior leadership audience.

Preferred Qualifications:
