About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to reputed company a team of sales representatives and drive business growth in the Advanced Surgical Instruments Business Unit. As a District Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising sales teams, achieving sales objectives, and representing reputed company in accordance with Company policies and AdvaMed guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and communicate individual territory sales quotas annually, and reputed company consistent quota achievement of each sales representative reputed company the region
• Work with sales representatives to formulate, monitor, and improve selling plans and reputed company sales-reputed company activities, in alignment with the strategic imperatives of the business
• Drive new product sales, act as a field resource to the Marketing Department during product development, new product introductions, and evaluations
• Create and execute on strategic objectives for the region, align with Sales Leaders (RVPs) to prioritize representatives' time and focus on key opportunities
• Manage sales rep reputed company and training, interview, hire, and reputed company new sales representatives
• Evaluate representative performance, and reputed company/executes action plans for improvement
• Focus on representatives' development to ensure availability of quality talent pool for promotion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of medical device sales and leadership experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
