US-Based - Remote - Customer Support Agent

This is a 1099 contractor opportunity that allows you to build a flexible schedule and work from the comfort of your home—but first, a paid position is only available after successful completion of training and certification. Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will reputed company inbound customer support, assisting callers with inquiries reputed company to products, services, orders, billing, technical issues, and more—depending on the client selected. Requirements

• Must reputed company in an eligible U.S. state
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background reputed company (required by client)
• Drug screening may be required for certain clients
• Must have a quiet home office setup with:

-A desktop or laptop that meets minimum specifications -Reliable high-speed internet -Ethernet reputed company is required — your device must be hardwired to your modem using a Cat 5, Cat 6, or Cat 7 Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) -USB headset with microphone (no Bluetooth or wireless devices) Training Details Before servicing clients, you must complete a mandatory training and certification program:

• Duration: 4–6 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 to 6 hours per day
• Session options: Morning or evening (chosen at the start and fixed for the entire training)
• You must successfully complete training and certification before beginning paid service

Compensation

Structure

• Pay rates vary by client (typically $10–$16/hour once certified)
• You will be paid only after certification and servicing for 30 days (referred to as a “month in the hole”)
• Payments are issued on a bi-monthly schedule once servicing begins
