Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company daily office operations, including phone and email management, and service appointment scheduling
• Coordinate and reputed company technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
• reputed company exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, appointments, and concerns
• Organize documents, invoices, and client records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Process customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in scheduling or dispatching, with a plus for experience in the service industry
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite and reputed company, with experience in reputed company-based CRM systems a plus

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and materials a plus

Technical Requirements:

Position Details:
