We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Advisor to reputed company Tier 1 HR Generalist support to our global Fortune 500 RPO client in the Financial Software Industry. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class and personalized care experiences to reputed company reputed company of the organization. This is a long-term, 100% remote opportunity with a competitive hourly reputed company and comprehensive benefits package.

Job Highlights:

• Competitive Compensation: $30-$33 per hour

• Weekend Schedule: Saturday-reputed company, 6:30AM-3PM PST, Monday-Wednesday, reputed company-5PM PST

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company guidance and resolution of HR issues, including benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, and talent development
• Deliver exceptional employee experiences through multiple channels of communication, including chat, phone, and case work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reputed company improvement of the workforce experience
• Partner with centers of reputed company to influence program improvements based on customer feedback
• Coach end-users on HR technology systems and SaaS applications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, with a focus on employee experience
• Excellent coaching and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and comfort with heavy technology use
