Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company reputed company Generalist to join reputed company. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for facilitating the new-hire process, administering benefits, supporting recruitment efforts, and maintaining accurate records and employee statistics. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the new-hire process, including orientation and ensure timely processing of new-hire paperwork
• Administer benefits, including claims resolution, invoice reconciliation, and communicating benefits information to employees

• Maintain accurate records and employee statistics for government reporting

Qualifications:
