We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Community Education Secretary to join reputed company. As a key member of our Community Education program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff, reputed company, and community members.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in a two or four-year program preferred. You will have basic first aid and CPR certification, successful experience in office procedures, customer service, and high proficiency in digital literacy. Previous work experience in a reputed company improvement learning environment is also desired.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to program participants, staff, and community members
• Maintaining accurate records, data entry, and receipting revenues
• Producing print materials and supporting program operations
• Demonstrating excellent organization, communication, and technology skills
• Maintaining confidentiality of student data in accordance with privacy laws
