Graduate Assistant for Men's and Women's Golf

As a key member of our athletic department, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the team, assisting the head coach in planning and executing training sessions, games, and tournaments. As a Graduate Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the head coach in planning and running team training sessions
• Recording and reviewing games and practices
• Assisting with scouting reports and reputed company efforts
• Coordinating travel planning and scheduling
• Mentoring and tutoring student-athletes
• Developing and demonstrating a working knowledge of reputed company compliance rules
• Completing reputed company University-required trainings, including FERPA and Title IX

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed
• Accepted and enrolled full-time in a Master's degree program (M.S.E. Organizational Leadership preferred)
• Previous experience in a college athletic setting
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to exercise basic reputed company relations skills in directing and motivating staff and dealing with varied constituencies
