• Collaborate with supervisors to expedite corrections or adjustments and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Fax documentation and escalate customer complaints or callback requests to supervisors as needed
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing reputed company results and maintaining a high level of quality focus

Requirements:

• Previous call center customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reputed company Word and reputed company to navigate our eTIMS system
• Ability to multitask, edit customer accounts, and document information accurately
