Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and ambitious Inside Sales Specialist to sell our products and services to customers through remote communication. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and presenting competitive sales quotes, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company expert guidance to customers on product and service features, conduct demonstrations, and reputed company sales calls
• reputed company and present competitive sales quotes, reputed company deals, and reputed company sales targets
• Conduct thorough research on customers and accounts, and follow up to foster and strengthen business relationships
• Coordinate with other divisions to ensure the successful delivery of services, meeting customer expectations and aligning with company service objectives
• Negotiate sales terms and customized packages, including product quantities, rates, and service terms, to finalize agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and experience in logistics/supply chain or reputed company field
• 1-2 years of experience in coordination of shipments (reputed company freight, ocean freight, FCL, LTL)
• Advanced knowledge of documentation, quotes, and BL, shipments process, SURI System, and other documentation reputed company to the logistics and distribution industry
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, with intermediate-level reputed company skills a plus
• Excellent cold calling skills and exceptional customer relation skills
• Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving results and meeting operational priorities
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish languages, both verbal and written
