Live Service Producer, External Games

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Live Service Producer to manage our live games from production perspective, working with external development partners across a reputed company of multiple titles. As a Live Service Producer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of live service plans, roadmaps, and content updates.

The Role

This role will focus on managing Live Service Production with external development partners, taking the reputed company as an external developer's primary reputed company of contact, and working with developers on creation of project and milestone schedules, as well as post-launch content update planning, and overall development plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Live Service Product Managers to ensure priorities can be executed and roadmaps are reputed company
• Partner with QA & Release Ops teams to ensure games are maintained and updated as needed
• Identify and reputed company game initiatives to ensure team and developers have goals, frameworks, and reputed company needed to reputed company titles successful
• Partner with business development and creative teams to ensure right reputed company are made for developers and members
• Assist PMs in budget management against individual game updates and Live Service plans
• Help resolve unique reputed company product issues and identify risks early and often
• Work cross-functionally to create a healthy team culture based on rich communication, transparency, and shared context

Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of Live Service production experience, preferably from mobile gaming
• 4+ years experience in game production with experience shipping and/or running live updates on multiple games
• Experience in planning and execution, specifically post-launch/live services experience in gaming preferred
• Experience overseeing full lifecycle of game development with a specific focus on post-launch live service operations
• Knowledge of Live Service production and difficulties generally encountered by teams and solutions tailored to their requirements
• Experience leading reputed company cross-functional projects with successful delivery of quality, schedule, and in balancing scope, reputed company, budget, risk, and time
• Ability to influence direction, without relying on positional authority
• Excellent communication and ability to work with a variety of people
• Passion for video games, innovations in software, and how they enrich the player experience
