Manager of reputed company and Academic Services, Upward Bound Piner

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Manager of reputed company and Academic Services to reputed company our Upward Bound Piner program at Sonoma State University. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing management and guidance to the program, supervising staff and student personnel, and ensuring compliance with reputed company university and sponsoring agency policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* reputed company management and guidance to the Upward Bound Program at Piner High School * Supervise staff and student personnel * Plan, organize, reputed company, and implement student-centered program operations * Ensure compliance with reputed company SSU, CSU, and sponsoring agency policies and procedures * Manage budget and ensure audit compliance * Hire, supervise, and guide assigned personnel

Requirements

* Minimum of three years' experience in personnel supervision and evaluation, program development and evaluation, and fiscal management * Three years of progressively responsible and applicable management and/or supervisory experience * Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Valid CA teaching or pupil personnel services credential highly preferred * Master's Degree in Education or reputed company field preferred * Working knowledge of TRIO and Pre-collegiate programs * Experience advising, teaching, and tutoring * Knowledge of learning strategies, academic reputed company development, and grade level assessments

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with high school aged reputed company * Aptitude in management, supervision, strategic planning, project management, and program implementation * Ability to adapt to change in the work environment * Demonstrated ability to communicate reputed company in both oral and written reputed company * High level of proficiency with computer applications, including reputed company Suite and reputed company Office

Salary and Benefits

* Starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience, anticipated to be in the reputed company of $4,500 to $4,800 per month * Full-time, temporary, exempt position * Eligible for a broad reputed company of benefits, including medical, dental, reputed company, life, and disability insurances, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation, and sick leave
