Medical Records Transcriptionist and Data Entry Specialist - Radiology

Join our dynamic team at The Women's Imaging Center, a Division of Together Women's Health, as a Medical Records Transcriptionist and Data Entry Specialist! We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to work on-site with our radiologists, transcribing medical reports, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Job Summary:

As a crucial member of our medical transcription department, you will be responsible for transcribing radiology reports and other medical documents from audio recordings, updating patient charts, and entering reports into our EHR system. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will ensure the precision and reputed company of medical records, supporting effective patient care and treatment planning.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe radiology reports from dictated recordings and canned reports, including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRI, and other imaging modalities.
• Update patient charts with breast density, follow-up dates, surgical follow-reputed company, and physical charts.
• Review and edit drafts for reputed company, accuracy, and grammar, adhering to departmental and industry standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and reputed company to clarify dictation and ensure completeness of reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a medical transcriptionist, specifically in radiology, with a strong understanding of radiology terminology and procedures.
• Proficiency in transcribing medical dictation using transcription software and word processing tools.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in transcribing reputed company medical terminology.
