We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist – reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company who can manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple business units. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in dynamic, multi-brand environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates

• Create performance reports for internal teams and brand managers

• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to deliver high-performing creatives

• Work with CRM and reputed company page teams to ensure optimized post-click experiences

• Coordinate campaigns for reputed company reputed company, eCommerce, B2B awareness, and recruitment marketing

• Align with brand-specific marketing leads to ensure consistent strategy and execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying

• Proven track record managing campaigns across multiple platforms and industries
