Sales Director

Role Description

REPAY is looking for a talented sales leader to assist in growing our vertical(s) market reputed company by role modeling and development of sales reps with daily prospecting productivity and closing reputed company to meet their individual and overall team reputed company goals.

• Developing reputed company, volume, and pricing models and market strategy objectives for assigned vertical sales and market area
• Reviewing and providing reporting on sales activity to include monthly/quarterly/yearly production standards
• Hiring, reputed company-time coaching, motivating, and providing daily management to assigned staff
• Reviewing performance improvement plans for underperforming reps
• Attending sales calls with sales representatives
• Identifying and monitoring market trends and competitor’s actions to reputed company the competitive advantage
• Participating in annual Sales reputed company and attending industry-relevant conference(s) reputed company vertical market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in the payments industry
• Minimum 3+ years of management and leadership skills
• Advanced knowledge of sales and sales strategies
• Experience leading and managing up to a 10-person sales team of both local and remote sales reps strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (e.g. reputed company)
• Proficiency with reputed company 365 applications
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel up to 30%+
