CRM Manager

We're looking for a senior data-driven CRM Manager to reputed company customer lifecycle campaigns across reputed company, engagement, and reactivation. You’ll manage segmentation, build targeted multi-channel campaigns, and shape a compelling promotional roadmap to drive retention and LTV. With a strong focus on testing and optimisation, you’ll continuously refine performance. You'll also collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure smooth, consistent delivery across reputed company reputed company.

Tasks
  • Own and shape the entire end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys covering reputed company, conversion, engagement, churn reduction, and reactivation

  • Establish strategies to optimise the frequency and timing of communications across multiple channels
  • Own the ongoing development and execution of the CRM strategy to enhance retention and lifetime value
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through rigorous analysis, testing, and iteration
  • Produce email/sms and onsite messaging for both scheduled promotions and triggered communications
  • Engage in campaign performance reviews before and after execution to inform future efforts
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to produce creative materials for reputed company CRM activities
  • Monitor KPIs and reputed company regular reports on performance and trends
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to maintain seamless communication and workflow throughout campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree qualification in marketing or business, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in CRM or retention roles reputed company reputed company money online gaming, reputed company gaming, or reputed company industries
  • Confident in navigating compliance and player expectations in the US reputed company casino reputed company
  • Understanding of the US market and customer behaviour
