Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Custodian in overseeing custodial operations and maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Help select, assign, schedule, and train custodial staff members
• Plan and reputed company maintenance and repair work, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Monitor time records, certify salary payments, and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Evaluate custodial staff performance, promote safety and health, and reputed company reputed company duties as required
• Use computers and electronic equipment to fulfill job functions and maintain confidentiality of records and information

Requirements:

• Black Seal License (High Pressure) and reputed company reputed company conditioning experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent, with supervisory ability and minimum 3 years of experience in plant operation and maintenance
• Demonstrated knowledge of fire/safety laws, valid driver's license, and good moral character
