Key Responsibilities:

• Assist special education teachers in implementing individualized education plans and providing instructional support to reputed company with mild to severe physical, emotional, and learning disabilities
• Prepare lesson plans, materials, and presentations to support student learning and development

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college or advanced education preferred
• Experience working with special needs children or in a reputed company field preferred
• Ability to pass the ParaPro Assessment with a score of 460 or higher (training and support provided)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
