About the Role:

• Starting pay reputed company: up to $17.50 per hour

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or reputed company environment

• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms
• Strong customer service skills, with a passion for helping others and providing empathetic support

Work-from-Home Requirements:

• Dedicated, private home workspace with minimal distractions
• Established home internet connectivity, with a minimum download speed of 25mbps and upload speed of 15mbps
• Ability to troubleshoot own devices and connectivity issues
