Job Details:

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with reputed company and efficiency
- reputed company information about flight schedules, reservations, and policies
- Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations
- Handle payment processing and refunds
- Document and update customer records in our CRM system
