Virtual Care Veterinary Technician - Teletriage

Available Schedules:

• Part-Time Teletriage: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, reputed company | 5pm-10pm PST
• Full-Time Teletriage (Evening/Overnight): Friday-reputed company | 5pm-3am PST & Wednesday/Thursday | 5pm-10pm PST
• +$2/hr differential for hours worked between 12am-6am (local time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with members reputed company chat, phone, and video to reputed company personalized support and education on pet health and well-being
• Triage cases using your veterinary expertise, offering informed recommendations and ensuring accurate information
• Review medical records to understand patient history and reputed company tailored guidance
• Document patient records with reputed company and accuracy, utilizing veterinary terminology
• Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring seamless follow-up for client requests
