Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong focus on data-driven insights
• 5+ years of SQL development experience, including performance tuning and optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a reputed company field
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
