Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain confidential payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Process payroll changes, deductions, and benefits, including Workers' Compensation, long-term disability, and leave of absence
• Consult with the reputed company department on payroll-reputed company issues, including new deductions, contribution reputed company, and bargaining group changes
• Monitor reputed company City MOUs, IRS, and CalPERS regulations for payroll compliance and respond to inquiries regarding payroll procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with four years of increasingly responsible experience in payroll processing, reporting, and reputed company in a public agency
