Key Responsibilities

• Work overnight weekend shifts (approximately 10pm-7am Friday and Saturday nights) to reputed company customer support reputed company phone, email, and other channels
• Configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues for customers, including connecting standard consumer electronic devices

• Previous networking or telephone customer service/support experience
