Job Summary:

As a Part-Time Education and Training Program Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our education strategy and delivery of training programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administration of session scheduling and facilitate communication throughout the organization
• Support facilitators by monitoring chat, attendance, and behavior during sessions

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance tracking and education calendar updates
• Coordinate communication with participants and stakeholders, including sending links and reminders
