Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct video consultations to review patient intake information and medical history, providing personalized guidance and treatment plans
• Maintain ongoing patient relationships through regular MNT syncs and reputed company reputed company-ins
• Motivate, reputed company, and guide members to reputed company their health goals using evidence-based practices and our proprietary Nutrition Guidance protocols
• Communicate effectively with the team through reputed company and attend monthly meetings
• Maintain accurate billing and charting notes, ensuring seamless patient care

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Active state license in dietetics/nutrition in at least one state (multiple states preferred)
• Experience in telehealth or remote patient care, with proficiency in online tools and technology
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week
