Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and complete insurance authorization requests for exams scheduled at Banner Imaging sites
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, and request authorization for exams

• Work independently from a remote location, following structured work routines and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in reputed company insurance and/or authorizations
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and electronic health records systems
