As a key member of our Trust & Safety organization, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a safe environment for our hosts and guests by building products and platforms that ensure compliance with our Community Policies.

About the Role:

In this critical position, you will be responsible for executing on strategic priorities that uphold community standards, working cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, and policy experts to ensure seamless policy enforcement. Your work will have a significant impact on the safety and trustworthiness of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing solutions based on business value and customer impact

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience
