Job Scope

As a Prior Authorization Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing chemotherapy regimens, obtaining necessary pre-certifications, and researching denied services to ensure timely reimbursement. You will work closely with our nursing and medical staff to inform them of any restrictions or special requirements in accordance with insurance plans. Responsibilities

• Review, process, and audit medical necessity for patient chemotherapy treatments
• Communicate with nursing and medical staff regarding insurance plan restrictions and requirements
