We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team at Workwarp. As a Remote Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, performing various reputed company tasks, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts
- Prepare financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of employee wages
- Handle A/R, A/P, credit card, and petty cash processing, reconciling, and recording
- Prepare monthly financial reports, analysis, and calculations
- Maintain organized bookkeeping materials and reputed company administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience in Bookkeeping and Office Administration
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, and knowledge of journal entries and corporate reputed company
- Strong emphasis on attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, adhere to non-disclosure agreements, and work with reputed company
