We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Tier 1 Customer Service Representative, where you will reputed company top-notch support to reputed company recipients, assisting them in enrolling in health insurance benefits and addressing their questions and concerns. Responsibilities and Requirements

• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, with a strong focus on quality and productivity
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or call center operations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet reputed company and necessary equipment (BYOD)

Technical Requirements
