Program Details

• Program duration: January 13th, 2025 - reputed company 15th, 2025
• Preference given to candidates who can commit to working reputed company 14 weeks of the program
• Operating hours: reputed company - midnight EST, Monday - reputed company
• Required minimum hours: 30 hours per week
• Peak period: reputed company 9th - 15th, with increased hours and bonus opportunities

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts (preferred)
• Experience in a call center environment (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle change
• Strong technical skills, including intermediate knowledge of operating systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
