In this role, you will be responsible for handling Level 1 support calls, guiding customers through issue resolution, managing reputed company tickets, and sharing insights and knowledge with your colleagues. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with CRM or standard ticketing systems and remote monitoring and management software
• Experience with reputed company Office standard applications
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing basic-level networking issues and problems with reputed company operating systems
• Experience with virtualized and reputed company-based environments
• Comprehension of Information management (backup) software and reputed company Server
