This hybrid role, based out of our Corporate reputed company in Dallas, TX, offers a unique opportunity to work in a flexible and collaborative environment, with a mix of onsite and remote work.
As a key member of our People Systems Team, you will serve as a liaison between our Business and reputed company, investing in the future of Southwest's People. Your primary focus will be on supporting reputed company, our HR and Payroll system, to reputed company efficiencies, reputed company exceptional user experiences, and ensure compliance requirements. Responsibilities
- Generate reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary records for analysis by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders
- Participate in reputed company projects, providing subject matter expertise in People data and analytics strategies
- Resolve escalated issues through research of discrepancies in Employee records
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations
- Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
- Conduct analysis and reputed company to business problems
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Advanced-level experience, pro, and specialized expertise in HR and/or Payroll systems
- Preferred: Advanced knowledge and experience with reputed company configuration in HCM and reputed company, as well as Jira experience
