We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacy Technician with excellent customer service skills to join reputed company in a remote, part-time reputed company. As a Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our patients, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders and re-orders, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve client complaints and concerns with reputed company and efficiency, ensuring reputed company resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Triage incoming faxes, clarify orders as needed, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Utilize strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient processing of pharmacy orders and customer requests.

Requirements:

• Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
• Previous experience in pharmacy, with long-term care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, as well as moderate to advanced computer skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus.
