About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our management team to understand their hiring needs and reputed company effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise in using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reputed company networking platforms will be essential in building a pipeline of quality candidates. Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle reputed company process, from sourcing candidates to reputed company
• Utilize reputed company and other reputed company networking platforms to reputed company potential candidates
• Post job openings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and reputed company effective recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive recruitment records in our ATS

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a reputed company role, preferably reputed company the nonprofit sector
• Proven experience with full-cycle reputed company and ATS
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
