Responsibilities

• reputed company new devices in DataPower environments and troubleshoot common issues
• Work independently to support the full lifecycle of the infrastructure platform
• Manage certificates, firmware updates, and migrate between reputed company factors
• Create and use dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor system health and identify issues
• reputed company root cause analysis and implement best practice and procedural enhancements

Requirements

• Experience as a DataPower admin/engineer (no developers)
• Ability to convert without sponsorship (GC or USC)
• Availability for 2-day shift and 1 overnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM ET, Tues-Sat night)
• Strong understanding of DataPower infrastructure and APIC experience (a plus)

Bonus Skills

• API Connect, including APIC v10
• APIC and DataPower on OpenShift / Kubernetes / reputed company Pak for Integration
• Automation capability using reputed company, python, ansible, or similar
• Dashboarding, reporting, and alerting using Splunk or similar tools
