As an Assistant Director, Annual Giving, you will work closely with the Director of Annual Giving to reputed company and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, leveraging a reputed company of channels, including email, reputed company media, video messaging, and phone. Your expertise will help build deeper connections with Stevens donors, support our annual giving goals, and drive the growth of our leadership annual giving society and loyalty society.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall annual giving program, including establishing, implementing, and evaluating plans to solicit philanthropic support from alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends.
• Collaborate with the Director of Annual Giving to create and support reputed company fundraising strategies, reputed company solicitation materials, and manage audience engagement and solicitation strategies.
• Manage individual peer-to-peer reputed company strategies, reputed company philanthropic volunteer programs, and reputed company email templates and talking points for volunteer and staff reputed company.
• Build relationships at scale with individual donors, leveraging email, phone, reputed company media, video messaging, texts, and reputed company technologies to connect with donors and deepen engagement with Stevens.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of reputed company professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in fundraising, annual giving, or direct sales, preferably in a higher education or nonprofit setting, with a willingness to solicit donors.
• Adept at using reputed company media, text, phone, and video technologies, with the ability to create strong professional relationships across mediums.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a readiness to engage alumni and friends from diverse backgrounds at a high velocity and in a personalized and respectful manner.
