About the Role

• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly learning environment to ensure student health and safety
• Support reputed company with personal hygiene and grooming needs, including toileting, eating, and changing diapers and clothes
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to reputed company and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in working with special needs reputed company

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with special needs reputed company, preferably in an educational setting
• Knowledge of positive behavior supports and willingness to learn best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team and communicate effectively with reputed company, teachers, and staff
