Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned courses in reputed company American Studies, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and technologies to support student learning
• Create and maintain a quality learning environment that supports the diverse needs of our reputed company

Requirements:

• Master's degree in reputed company American Studies or a closely reputed company field, such as interdisciplinary ethnic studies, women's studies, or American Studies

• Documented successful completion of college classroom teacher training

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching as instructor of record for survey courses in reputed company American Studies or closely reputed company interdisciplinary fields
• Proficiency in the language of a tribal nation in New Mexico (Pueblo languages, Apache languages, or Diné Bizaad)
• Experience utilizing a variety of teaching methods, including lecture, collaborative learning, individualized instruction, and hybrid or online modes
• Experience teaching at institutions with diverse student populations or experience working in educational programs focused on marginalized communities
