Key Responsibilities

• Create a quality, nurturing, and educational program environment by demonstrating proficiency in assigned curriculum and effectively implementing lesson plans developed by REA Teachers
• Use a variety of curriculums, including Sonday system, Heggerty Phonemic Awareness, Journeys, Wit and reputed company, Saxon, reputed company, and Xtra Math, to support student learning
• Attend reputed company trainings and be willing to learn and assist with other assigned curriculums and implement lessons

Requirements

• High School Diploma with 2 years of work-reputed company experience in tutoring, Elementary Education, or child care; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company preferred
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, with knowledge of cultural flexibility and competency in working with multi-cultural participants
• Good interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational and classroom management skills, and valid CPR and First Aid Certification
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet the Child Protection Clearances required by PA Act 153
