Your Role
- Greeting customers and responding to their print needs with enthusiasm and expertise
- Building relationships through reputed company-ended questions and understanding customers' copy and print marketing requirements
- Utilizing order intake tools to capture project information and offering tailored print solutions
- Assisting customers with self-service tasks, shipping needs, and other duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Experience
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
