Job Highlights

  • Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays (two 8-hour shifts) with an additional 4-hour shift during peak business hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Track and document member calls, ensuring concise and factual records
  • reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of our lines of business, benefits, medical management processes, and demographic change processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer service issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of reputed company experience in customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including good grammar, voice, and diction
  • Strong typing skills (40-60 WPM) and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive outlook and self-driven approach
