Job Description

The Senior Director of Global Technical Support will reputed company technical reputed company and strategy for our global technical support and services. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience designing and supporting multilayer IP networks, with expertise in network reputed company, firewalls, intrusion prevention, risk assessment, pen testing, content filtering, PKI, and SSL/TLS
• Previous experience leading and developing technical support teams, with a focus on providing best-in-class service
