Senior Software QA Engineer - System Testing (Remote)

Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software QA Engineer to join reputed company at reputed company Meraki, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SD-WAN product offerings. As a key member of our MX System Test team, you'll design and implement comprehensive test strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical leadership to optimize our testing processes.

About the Role:

In this position, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing a deep understanding of our MX and vMX solutions and their use cases in customer environments
• Crafting test strategy documents and collaborating with product managers, development teams, and other QA teams
• Executing tests, reporting results, and identifying areas for improvement
• Developing automation scripts to reputed company CI/CD and improve testing efficiency
• Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance to the team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 7+ years of software quality assurance experience, with 3+ years in system and integration testing
• Expertise in SD-WAN, reputed company, Layer 2/3 protocols, and automation frameworks
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby or Python
• Experience with reputed company or containerized platforms, traffic generators, and CI/CD environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder management
