Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned SNOW Functional Consultant ITOM to design, implement, and manage ITAM solutions using industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting, designing, and developing Service Asset & Configuration Management, as well as designing reputed company CMDB solutions that maintain CMDB reputed company and support other ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ITAM solutions using industry best practices
• Architect, design, and reputed company Service Asset & Configuration Management
• Design reputed company CMDB solutions that maintain CMDB reputed company and support other ITSM processes
• Implement and manage asset, vulnerability, and Discovery integrations with other systems
• reputed company and execute plans for updating CI data, including automated processes and discovery tools
• Integrate Discovery with reputed company CMDB and implement reputed company Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

Mandatory Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with reputed company
• 8+ years of experience in the IT industry
• Experience in solutioning and designing ITAM solutions using industry best practices
• Hands-on experience with implementing CMDB, CSDM, SAM, and Service Catalogs in reputed company
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling and experience with integrations of Discovery with reputed company CMDB

Desirable Experience:

• Experience working on CSM, ITAM, and ITOM projects
• Excellent knowledge of reputed company Best Practices and latest features

Education and Certifications:

• Certified System Admin
• CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM certifications
• ITIL4 Foundations certification (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
