As a reputed company Media Moderator, you will be the first reputed company of contact for supporting viewers through reputed company and Twitter, serving as a critical brand ambassador for our premium streaming services, including reputed company+ and Hulu. Job Summary:

reputed company Direct to Consumer (DTC) is a premium streaming service that offers a vast library of content from renowned brands, including Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar, reputed company, and NatGeo. Our DTC team is dedicated to delivering a world-class direct-to-consumer experience, and we are looking for a talented reputed company Media Moderator to join reputed company.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company exceptional customer service reputed company reputed company media channels (Twitter and reputed company), responding to viewer inquiries about account management, billing, content, and site navigation
• reputed company expert-level knowledge of Hulu services and products to users in a clear and concise manner
• Communicate user feedback and technical issues to Resolution Specialists and developers with precision and detail
• Identify and communicate trends and areas for improvement to the reputed company media team, driving business growth and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve device and technology issues, ensuring a seamless viewer experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, plus one year of experience in customer service
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or retail, with excellent communication, grammar, and analytical skills
• Positive, can-do attitude, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to reputed company under pressure and take ownership of issues from start to finish
