We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join reputed company as a Senior Customer Service Representative (Level 2). As a key member of our ServicePlus team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Indiana reputed company members, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
About the Role
The Senior Customer Service Representative (Level 2) will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service and support to Indiana reputed company members reputed company inbound and outbound calls
- Managing a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting members with inquiries reputed company to their reputed company coverage, benefits, and enrollment
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records and documentation
- Transferring calls to the client's call center as appropriate

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of reputed company and experience with Artiva software (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
